Great place for tacos/etc! Grabbed the sirloin tacos and they provide you toppings to decorate! Lucas was my waiter personally, great, I’d recommend this place for overall taco experience. Mezcals and micheladas great too!
The quality of meat on these sirloin tacos were incredible. Very tender and juicy. We also appreciate that they do NOT cook in lard like most taco shops in Mexico City do. :) We were very grateful to find delicious tacos without that unnecessary ingredient.
Sooo addictive. Once you start you won’t want to stop. I got 4 sirloin tacos for 8. Comes with a nice salsa and topping tray
My husband and I were just taking a stroll upon arrival to Mexico City. We stayed in La Condesa, so we stumbled upon it when looking for a late night dinner. It is pretty casual, but seeing so many locals eating inside was our sign that it was probably pretty good. We ordered the steak tacos in different varieties, along with the papas, and tortilla soup. The best part was the colorful platter of accoutrements that they brought out for the tacos! I also ordered one of the specialty drinks that was so delicious and quite large. The food was all fresh, delicious, and left us satisfied. It was a great first meal of the trip! We ended up coming back not once, but twice more, for a total of three times in a 5 days trip. We definitely ate at other places as well, but this was a great go-to spot for us near our AirBnb. The price point was reasonable and all the employees were attentive and friendly. They were very patient with our broken Spanglish. A week out from our trip, my husband and I are still talking about El Sirloin de la Roma. Definitely give this place a try if you are nearby. You won't regret it.
I could not stop eating, it was in front of our rental, it was the perfect emergency spot... we loved all of it. Service sometime is a bit but the place is just great, nice music, some cocktails and great food. No complains at all, my favorites were la gringa and costra sirlon tacos. The baguette is also really nice... next time, I will try their pizza.
First time having food here. I stopped by after walking to have a quick bite. I got a drink, guac and Costra de Sirlion. I think it was the perfect portion and the service was amazing. They checked on me every few minutes and it didn’t feel like I was being rushed, and the staff is super super nice.
So happy that we stopped! On walk through the Roma neighborhood and we just stopped in for a snack. Phenomenal beef tacos. Layered sirloin on a vertical spit and sliced super thin. Incredible flavor. :D Garnish as you’d like with the tray of option brought to the table. Both the flour and corn tortillas were super fresh too. Beware of the light green salsa- it is HOT. 10 Star Service! Our server took care of us on the street patio. Always asked if we needed more tacos or drinks, or dessert. It’s pinned to my personal map and will recommend to all F&F.
